The Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin stands for unique porcelain and trend-setting design at the highest level. The company’s craft, developed over generations, is still creatively nurtured today in its historical location. The legendary King of Prussia, Frederick the Great, gave the company its name and symbol in 1763.
The individuality of the company culture is also reflected in the workflow which remains flexible with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
The subsidiaries are integrated seamlessly into the solution and work with NAV in the Back-Office as well as at the Point-Of-Sales. The users in the subsidiaries have direct access to all relevant data like stock status, order status and sales statistics. The management is hereby instantly informed about all processes.
The customization of the order processing and dispatch workflow including a “permanent item reservation” guarantees the most rapid and at the same time highly flexible processing.
